They truely listen to their customers in order to improve customer service. In addition, they allow you to speak with the mechanic who works on your equipment. "I have taken several items into Dickinson's for repair and service and NEVER have a had better service, not even through the dealer service department. Honest, up-front, honest, fast, and did I say, HONEST. They only repaired what was needed; didn't "find" something else, and everyone was courteous - from the yard techs to the office staff.
As far as I'm concerned, and I relayed this to a manufacturer, there is no other place to take my equipment for any other reason.

"These guys are the best, from start to finish! I had the best customer service from the time I walked in the door to the time I bought my new exmark! Then to top it all off i had a belt break less than a month into using my new mower and Dickinson's came to my house, picked up my mower, fixed the problem, and I was cutting again the next day!
